These days are specifically designed for people who want to see their children's ministries reach the next level. There will be teaching on how to develop teams, how to run great Sunday programmes and how to create community outreach clubs, as well as sessions on safeguarding children and leaders, how to tell captivating stories, how to see children minister in the power of the Spirit and the keys to making smooth transitions between kids and youth programmes and so much more.

The seminars will be delivered by practitioners who have perfected their skills with children in local churches. The day will start and end with inspirational worship and keynotes to inspire, challenge and motivate you to becoming everything God created you to be and showing you how to use the gifts that he has placed in your heart. There will also be a range of excellent resources available for you to browse and purchase and opportunity to network with others.

Engaging with Families – Maryanne Richardson

Maryanne has been part of the staff team at the Fountain of Life since 2005; prior to that she worked for Youth for Christ. Maryanne leads a thriving Saturday morning Kidz Klub in her local community and works in 19 local schools alongside a great team of volunteers. She works with the families of these children and sees a growing community of all ages who gather in her home on Sunday afternoons. Maryanne and her husband Neil enjoy spending time with their two grown-up daughters.

Engaging Sport – Juliette Richardson

Juliette originally moved from Norfolk to study medical physiology at the University of Leicester. After a year she gave up her degree to pursue God's calling on her life. She has several years of experience in both children's and youth work, as well as a passion to see young people become disciple making disciples. Juliette has played National League hockey and played for Norwich City Football Club in the youth team. She is engaged to Ben and in her spare time she loves being outdoors, playing hockey and socialising.

Engaging Prayer – Alex Scott

Alex is the Associate Minister with Responsibility for Youth & Children at Holy Trinity, Leicester and has been part of the staff team since 2001. Alex comes from a background in teaching and prior to that Christian youth work. He is married to Anne and they have two children and a cat called penguin. 

Engaging Drama – Tabz Ashby

Tabz is part of the staff team at Holy Trinity, Leicester and is involved with the children, youth, and schools work of the church. Prior to this she gained a degree in theatre down in sunny Devon and Cornwall, and before that she worked with youth, children, and schools work on Pais. Tabz loves comedy improv, the sunshine, socialising, and all performing arts including her latest hobby swing dancing.

Engaging Worship – Matt Beckett and Dave Blane

Matt has grown up through the youth group at the Fountain Of Life, studied Drama and Film Studies at university followed by an internship back here in Norfolk. He has been on the staff team for the past three years leading a Kidz Klub here in Ashill, working in schools and leading the youth work. He is part of the worship team and is passionate about children engaging in worship, he has written some of his own material. Matt is married to Harriet and they have two young sons.

Dave grew up in Leicester, after gaining a degree from Oxford came to spend a year at the Fountain of Life as an intern. God called him to stay. Dave is the Church Administrator, a key part of the Kidz Klub team and is a passionate worshipper.   

Engaging Panto – Tim Wilson

Tim is the founder of Mid Norfolk Kidz Klub and is passionate about children having the chance to choose Jesus. He has years of experience leading children’s work. Tim enjoys using magic tricks and panto to engage children in teaching. He is married to Fi and they have four children.
