We'll be staying at Sherwood Forest Center Parcs in Nottinghamshire. The postcode for satnavs or online directions is NG22 9DN.
All villas sleep up to 6, and are fully equipped for self catering - you just need to buy the food! You can make the most of all activities, including the Subtropical Swimming Paradise with whirlpools, rapids and flume rides, as well as the Aqua Sauna, Fitness Centre and Spa. You can also hire bikes (or bring your own) to explore the beautiful surroundings. Please note some activities need to be booked in advance and are subject to fees and conditions. The Programme
Pete & Bee Hughes will be hosting the event, and will be joined by guest speakers for the morning and evenings, and there'll be a variety of seminars to choose from throughout the day. More details of the programme will be available soon.
Guests
Confirmed speakers include Simon Ponsonby, Debby Wright, Graham Cray and Mark Greene. Worship will be lead by Nick Herbert and Ben Cantelon.
Simon Ponsonby is Pastor of Theology at St Aldates, Oxford and recently appointed Dean of Studies for the Oxford Centre for Church Growth, a new European church planting initiative. Simon has published several books on theology and spirituality.
Debby Wright leads Trent Vineyard in Nottingham with her husband John. They have been serving together in pastoral ministry for the last 22 years and planted Trent from scratch 13 years ago.
Graham Cray is the Archbishops’ Missioner and Leader of the Fresh Expressions Team. He has been involved with New Wine from the beginning and also chairs Soul Survivor.
Mark Greene is Executive Director of the London Institute for Contemporary Christianity, and works as a speaker, writer and consultant specialising in work issues and contemporary culture.
Nick Herbert oversees worship at St Mary’s Bryanston Square in London. Nick has released two records with Survivor and some of his co-writes include Highest and the Greatest, You are, Jesus Saves and Not Ashamed.
Ben Cantelon is a Canadian worship leader and songwriter based at Holy Trinity Brompton in London, working with Tim Hughes and Al Gordon at Worship Central. He released his full length debut album, Running After You, in August 2009.

If you're booking a villa for 6 you'll save £115 on the cost of six individual bookings - that's nearly twenty quid each! To get the early bird discounted rate of £115 per person, full fees will need to be paid by 28 October 2010. After this time, fees will increase to £135 per person.
Places can be reserved for a deposit of £25 per person up until 25 November 2010. After this time, full fees are payable upon booking.
All villas have one double and two twin rooms. If you are coming alone, it is likely that you'll be sharing a room (with the same sex). For the discounted rate, full fees must be received by 28 October 2010. 5. All cancellations incur an administration fee of £25 per person. Cancellations must be received in writing by 25 November 2010, otherwise full fees will be forfeited. 6. Villas have a maximum occupancy of 6, comprising one double and two twin rooms. 7.
