Integration Leader

We are looking for an energetic and resilient person to integrate new people into the life of ENC and into healthy rhythms of growth in Christ. We need someone to strengthen ways of belonging to the mission-shaped community of ENC. You will be passionate about people, discipling them, identifying their gifts and releasing people to the next step of their life with Jesus. You will be able to connect effectively with people from a range of ages, backgrounds and experience. This is a three year contract. We will welcome you onto our team, support you and make sure you are advised by good people, help you identify some co- workers, provide you with a salary and even take you surfing (not compulsory!) ENC is a Bishop's Mission Order in the Diocese of Exeter. We shape ourselves around the mission of God and we are passionate about the life of the Spirit.
