This is a half time post to lead and encourage the church in fulfilling the vision statement that Totley All Saints exists to enable people to love God, love each other and love a broken world. Key responsibilities include: prayerfully discern God’s vision for the church’s future in partnership with the congregation identify, encourage, train and disciple members of the congregation to participate in the mission and leadership of the church engage with a wide and diverse range of local people of all ages both within and outside the church family develop the links with the church school develop the ecumenical links with churches within the local area
