YOUTH PASTOR

Connect is a charismatic Spirit led young church. The 25 young people, who are fired-up about Jesus and worship at Connect, are looking for an authentic, passionate and dynamic leader who can develop their huge potential and provide impetus and leadership for outreach to youth on the fringes of Connect and beyond. The main aims are to: • Establish young disciples with a deep and passionate faith to influence the church and their community • Facilitate outreach to youth in the wider community • Assist the Senior Pastor in leadership of Connect • Develop links with local secondary schools • Partner with other churches in the area in the provision of wider youth work ie Soul Survivor, Onelife, etc.
