TEAM RECTOR - MARFLEET

Parish covering a large part of east Hull (population approx. 20,000) who will build on the work of the Mission Support Team that has taken place over the last 3 years: •Committed to mission and evangelism •A commitment to biblical Christianity •Visionary and adventurous •An innovator and challenger • Able to engage with the whole community and not just the church • Specially called to share in ministry where the church is poor •Comfortable as a team player and dynamic as a team leader •Able to laugh and cry with us The Marfleet Parish comprises three outer estates and the Team Rector will have particular responsibility for one of the three churches (St Hilda's, Greatfield). The Team is served by 3 congregations; a Team Vicar; a Reader-with responsibility; a parish reader; a Reader in training; a buildings manager; and an administrator.
