Children & Young Families Pastor

Are you passionate about enabling children to grow in a relationship with God and become all that they have the potential to be? Do you have a track record as a leader and a team player, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills? We are looking to appoint a full-time Children & Young Families Pastor who will be responsible for the effective running, management and development of the children and young families ministry. This includes resourcing and implementing dynamic, contemporary and relevant teaching programmes, engaging with local schools, ensuring consistent and effective pastoral care for the children aged 0-11, building strong relationships with parents and children and leading and envisioning a team of trainees and volunteers. The successful candidate will also manage the children & young families small paid staff team. This is a vital and strategic senior leadership role within the church and we are looking for someone who will bring passion and energy to our children & young families’ ministry, staff team and wider community
