Full-Time Youth Minister

A large and active Anglican Church with exciting plans for development and a large and growing Youth and Children’s Ministry, we are looking to appoint a Full-Time Youth Minister to oversee our work with 11-18s. You will have a solid track record of leading Youth Ministry that sees young people as full members of the church, growing in faith and reaching those outside the church with the love of God. You will need to be a team player and able to take responsibility for a large team of committed volunteers. You will be able to set a bold strategic vision and lead its implementation in the context of a supportive staff team.
