JOB TITLE: Food and Beverage Assistant
REPORTING TO: Food and Beverage Operations Manager
HOURS: 40 per week on a shift basis

What we are looking for…

· Varying shift times across the seven days to include working evenings, weekends, bank holidays and both opening and closing shifts
Our Food and Beverage Assistants are responsible for the preparation and setting up of our cafe (indoor and outdoor),our event dining and all catering areas ready for service. Serving meals and refreshments to a high standard of service, clearing away and washing up. You will also assist with some catering-related cleaning tasks
