St Michael’s Church is a Charismatic Anglican church with a culture that encourages people to make things happen.
It is at the heart of a large suburban community on the northern fringe of Bristol, with a Sunday congregation of over 270 adults and about 100 under 18’s.

• is a whole-hearted Jesus follower
• is excited about the prospect of joining a church which is open to change and transformation
• is pro-active in facilitating and co-ordinating the improvement of policies and procedures
• is a natural organiser and communicator at all levels
• is confident in managing projects and meetings and progressing actions in between meetings
• is confident working with a range of organisational aspects covering Finance, HR and Compliance
• is self-aware and demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills
