The North Yorkshire network is for clergy and lay leaders ministering in York, Harrogate, Ripon, Skipton and surrounding areas, including those in rural parishes in the Dales. We meet together to i) worship passionately together, ii) share good practice in terms of leadership and renewal, iii) discern together whether there are any regional training needs that we ought to be facilitating, iv) review whether there are any other people we could be making part of the network, and v) listen prophetically together for God's leading voice. As far as possible we will meet on the third Tuesday, every other month, 17th July, 18th Sept, 20th Nov.

We hold a morning meeting for church leaders, and their lay teams, in the Merseyside area, 2/3 times a year. This usually starts off with coffee, and then a time of worship, followed by a teaching session from an invited speaker and then ministry, before finishing with a shared lunch. These are great times of support and encouragement for one another. We also hold a Celebration for anyone to come along to for worship, teaching and ministry on approximately a termly basis. These are usually held in different venues around Merseyside. The core groups for leaders are now up and running and are starting to bear fruit as we encourage one another to be the leaders God calls us to be. These meet monthly. The Shropshire Network have a membership of around 20 church leaders. Our area covers as far North as Market Drayton, South East into Powys, and West up to Ironbridge.The leaders of churches in the area meet once a term and we average approximately 10 couples at our meetings. We come together to worship, share where we are and pray for one another. It is usually a good time of support and caring. We also hold joint ministry training days.

The North Staffordshire Network group meets quarterly. They try to arrange at least one significant training event a year. The Network group gathers for fellowship, a short ministry of the word to encourage one another, a time for sharing, and ending with worship and prayer ministry. We are a relationally-based group meeting at varied venues in the Colchester/North Essex area for our network group meetings 3 times a year from 10.30am till around 1.00pm. After coffee and pastries we gather for worship, input, mutual support and ministry, finishing by sharing lunch (bring your own!) together. It’s a safe place to be ourselves and to receive, and you will be warmly welcomed! New members recently have expressed how healing and replenishing it has been for them. We have 'fellowship/refreshment' days for leaders & spouses three times a year where we worship, listen to a speaker and minister to each other. The days are held in St George's Church (Rushbottom Lane Benfleet SS7 4DN). They start at 10am and we aim to finish at around 2pm after we have lunch together. Those who come find it a tremendous means of support and receiving.

The North London Network is led by Henry Kendal, vicar of St Barnabas, North Finchley. We hold termly meetings (9.30am - 2.00pm) for local church leaders, spouses and members of their teams. These are, in effect, mini-conferences which aim to provide opportunity for networking, encouragement and teaching. Especially important to us is creating space for extended times of worship, listening to God and personal prayer - an informal oasis of refreshment for busy leaders.

Ian King will be leading a session on: The Management of Change
Ian is the Leader of Restore Community Church in Loughton, Essex, a church that has been through a huge amount of change over the last few years. I first heard Ian give this seminar at the New Wine Leaders Conference earlier this year. Having previously been on an entire course on management of change, I was amazed to learn so much. Ian spoke such inspired common sense I resolved to try and get as many leaders as I could to hear this fantastic presentation.
I would be grateful if you could let us know if you and/or members of your team are coming on 14 May – we will provide a simple sandwich lunch, so it would be helpful to have numbers for catering.

The West Kent group meets in Tunbridge Wells and brings together leaders from quite a wide area. We meet 5 or 6 times a year in my home from 10am – 2pm (lunch is provided). The focus of the group is “meeting”! Meeting with each other, and most of all meeting with God! There is time to network and support each other. We worship together – we take it in turns to share from God’s word and sometimes will have a visiting speaker, and we always allow time for Spirit led ministry to one another.
