Music traditions can have some of the strongest holds on our churches - from hymns, choirs and anthems to sung psalms, songs and choruses. Eoghan has tremendous experience in understanding the role and place of worship in churches, and from experience in a variety of churches will share ideas and wisdom on how to bring change. Many churches have a variety of worship bands and musicians, and Eoghan will be giving some guidelines on how to manage this ministry in a direction of growth and maturity.
