Ministry is both a vocation and a gift! In this seminar I hope to draw on one two biblical characters and my own personal experience of ministry to explore how God uses the wins and wounds of ministry to shape our character as leaders. How we respond to our wins, weaknesses and wounds will be seminal in building integrity and honesty in our inner lives. The Lord is as interested in ‘who we are’ as leaders as in ‘what we do.’
