GROUP BOOKING

You can book up to 100 people online. Please ensure that you have enough time to input all of the details as the site does not have a save facility. If you want to book places for more than 100 people, you will need to make separate bookings. Please add the name of the same group leader and camping church to subsequent bookings; this will ensure you are all camped together.

Note: Once you have completed your group booking, you cannot add additional delegates to your group online. To ensure friends are added to your camping community when making a new booking, you will need to add the appropriate group leader's name and camping church details. This will register as a separate booking and you will be given a new booking reference. The numbers of delegates on individual bookings will not be added together to qualify for the free place (see below).

FREE PLACES

For every 29 paid places, an extra place is given free of charge. The online system will work this out for you. If you want to add delegates to your group after you have completed your booking, to qualify for the free place you will need to post us a booking form providing details for all additional delegates, your booking reference number, group leader name and camping church. The extra places will be added to your existing booking and, if this takes your total number of delegates above 29, you will receive your free place(s). The postal rate fee will be charged for these additional bookings.

TEAM VOLUNTEERS

To apply for a team place, please book in as a delegate then select the ‘applying for team’ option. You will then be registered as attending and will not be charged for your place. You will receive an email from us with a link to an online application form. We must receive your team application form by the end of May 2008, otherwise normal delegate fees will be charged.

BALANCE OF PAYMENTS

You can now pay your balance online. You will be asked for the total amount outstanding, i.e., you cannot pay in instalments. If you are the group leader for a large booking, please ensure you have collected sufficient funds. Alternatively, you can give each member of your group your booking reference, and they can post in their remaining balance individually.

OTHER INFORMATION

We cannot reserve places. Please encourage potential delegates to book as part of your group.
