Our on-site charity cafes are fantastic places for delegates to unwind and enjoy a cappuccino or a leisurely lunch in the company of good friends. The cafés are child-friendly. There are plenty of opportunities to find our more about the charities behind the cafes too.

THE ROLE

The role of a café team member is to serve New Wine delegates who visit the cafes and generally look after the venue. This involves taking orders, serving drinks and snacks, handling money, clearing tables and making people feel welcome.

THE CAFES

Fuel (Shepton Mallet and Newark)

Fuel cafe is a great place for delegates to relax throughout the day with a coffee and a snack.
Team: 16 years and over
This team is now full for the CSW conference

Venue 2 (Shepton Mallet only)

This is a similar but smaller cafe to Fuel, and is held within the venue.
Team: Adult team aged 20+

Approximate hours: You'll be working as a team on a shift basis each day during cafe opening hours. Approx 8 hrs per day with a day off in the week.
