Full Week Terms & Conditions
1. All paper bookings carry an administration charge of £10 per person. Please add this to the appropriate rates above to calculate total fees.
2. Full fees must be received by 31 May 2013 at the latest.
3. All cancellations incur an administration fee of £15 per fee-paying delegate. Cancellations must be received in writing by 31 May 2013 otherwise full fees will be forfeited.
4. Delegate places can only be substituted like for like (i.e. adult for adult place) when received by New Wine in writing, from the booking contact, before 1 July 2013. All substitutions incur a £5 per person administration fee; this also applies to transfers between Summer Conferences (e.g. from London & South East to Central & South West). To request a substitution, please download a form.
5. Due to data protection law, New Wine cannot provide delegates with delegate lists.
6. Children are allocated to the appropriate children’s groups according to their age on 31.08.13. Unfortunately, we cannot accept transfer requests for children’s groups.
7. It is highly recommended that holiday insurance be taken out in case of late unforeseen circumstances.
8. No pets are allowed on site except aid dogs.
9. There will be official photographers on site at our summer conferences. Delegates may feature in these images, which will be used for our website and magazine. If you do not wish your child to be photographed, you must submit a letter stating this to the Team Leader of their children’s group on registration.
10. In the event of changes to the programme or speakers, we are unable to offer refunds.
11. Under 18s who are not attending with a parent must be booked on to this event with an adult who will act as their guardian. Guardians must be 21 years of age or older and not serving on Team.
Half Week Terms & Conditions
1. Half week tickets are non-refundable.
2. Delegate places can only be substituted like for like (i.e. adult for adult place) when received by New Wine in writing, from the booking contact, before 31 May 2013. All substitutions incur a £5 per-person administration fee; this also applies to transfers between Summer Conferences (e.g., from London & South East to Central & South West).
3. Children are allocated to the appropriate children's groups according to their age on 31.08.13. Unfortunately, we cannot accept transfer requests for children's groups.
4. It is highly recommended that holiday insurance be taken out in case of late unforeseen circumstances.
5. Regrettably, it will not be possible to allow half week delegates to camp with those booked in for the full week unless accommodation is being shared.
6. Half week delegates may arrive from 9.00 on arrival day if attending the first half of the week and from 14.00 if attending the second half of the week. All delegates must leave the site by 12.00 on the final day of the half week.
7. No pets are allowed on site except aid dogs.
