Prices
Payments include entry to all venues (subject to capacity), use of facilities and a camping pitch. There is no discount for staying off site. Fees are determined by age (as at 31.08.12) and must be received in full by the payment deadlines (according to the table below) in order to qualify for discounts. New Wine can take no responsibility for postal delays.

Day tickets
Enjoy a full day on site: arrive from 8am and leave at 11pm.
Adults £25; Children (under 19s) £15; Free entry for 0-2s.
Evening tickets
Arrive from 3pm and leave at 11pm. Evening ticket prices apply on day 4 of each conference.
Adults £12.50; Children (under 19s) £7.50; Free entry for 0-2s.
PRE-BOOK DAY & EVENING TICKETS
Please note: Day/evening tickets do not allow you to camp on site and entry to seminars and morning and evening celebrations is on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets can be purchased on the gate, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
Half-week tickets
The availability of half-week tickets is not guaranteed, and will be confirmed in May 2012.
Terms & Conditions
- All paper bookings carry an administration charge of £10 per person. Please add this to the appropriate rates above to calculate total fees.
- Full fees must be received by 1 June 2012 at the latest.
- All cancellations incur an administration fee of £15 per fee-paying delegate. Cancellations must be received in writing by 1 June 2012 otherwise full fees will be forfeited.
- Delegate places can only be substituted like for like (i.e. adult for adult place) when received by New Wine in writing, from the booking contact, before 30 June 2012. All substitutions incur a £5 per-person administration fee; this also applies to transfers between summer conferences (e.g., from London & South East to Central & South West).
- Children are allocated to the appropriate children’s groups according to their age on 31.08.12. Unfortunately, we cannot accept transfer requests for children’s groups.
- It is highly recommended that holiday insurance be taken out in case of late unforeseen circumstances.
- No pets are allowed on site except aid dogs.
- There will be official photographers on site at our summer conferences. Delegates may feature in these images, which will be used for our website and magazine. If you do not wish your child to be photographed, you must submit a letter stating this to the Team Leader of their children’s group on registration.
- In the event of changes to the programme or speakers, we are unable to offer refunds.
