New Wine - Local churches changing nations

medical_teamWorking on the medical team is a brilliant opportunity to practice a holistic approach to patient care

Not only will you be able to give practical medical help and advice, but you'll also be able to pray with each person you treat or who visits the medical centre. The team delivers a 24-hour medical service in a Christian setting and acts as the first point of contact for all delegates requiring first aid and medical care. The bulk of our workload consists of minor illnesses and minor injuries. Team members are professionally responsible to the Lead Doctor or Lead Nurse and are expected to operate within their own professional code of conduct. We welcome adult applicants for full- and part-time work. All applicants should include a brief resume of their current role and relevant past experience with their application, and provide copies of relevant certificates (e.g., GMC, RCN, medical indemnity).

Hours: Team members work a shift system during the day and evening. Night cover is provided by an on-call system. Shifts are between 5-8 hours long. Each shift will be co-ordinated by an experienced nurse and medical cover is readily available.
