Personal data

All personal data is collected and stored in line with the Data Protection Act 1998.

On registration, you signify your consent to us collecting and using your information. Should we elect to change our policy, we will notify you of those changes here.

The following information is collected to create your user account and profile: Name, postal address, email address, your church information, gender and date of birth (a photograph is required for team applications).

Under 18s

New Wine allows under 18s to create personal accounts for the purpose of team applications. This information will not be used by anyone other than New Wine employees and Summer Conference Team Leaders.

Data sharing

The security of your account depends on the protection of your account password. Please do not disclose your password to any unauthorised people.

Access to your account is limited to New Wine employees. New Wine will only access your personal information to provide you with technical support, for event booking administration, and to deliver services that you have registered for, such as subscription to the New Wine magazine mailing list.

New Wine will not disclose your personal details outside of our organisation unless obliged by law.

In the case of Team Applications for the Summer Conferences, your Team Leader will be able to view personal details relating to your application.
