Leaders Network Meeting, Lancashire

Leaders Network Meeting, Lancashire

Monday, October 15, 2018 - 9:30am to 12:30pm

St Cuthbert's Church Centre, Fulwood, Preston, PR2 3AR

We have a termly meeting of this leaders network to connect with God in worship and minister to each other and have a focused input and time to connect with each other.

Ruth Perrin is a regular speaker at New Wine Conferences and will share with us on ‘The Bible in Contemporary Charismatic Ministry’.

Ruth recently completed a PhD in the Durham Department of Theology and Religion. Her research has included role models among young evangelical women and the ordinary hermeneutics of Generation Y. She is currently an associate staff member at King’s Church Durham and a researcher for the Church of England exploring experiences of curacy training.

We aim to connect with God and each other – getting to know someone we don’t know so well as well as keeping up with those we know and in this way encourage each other. We find them really helpful and hope that you will be able to join us.

The usual pattern is to gather at 9:30am for tea/coffee and refreshments. From around 10am there are updates shared from around the Network, before we worship together in song. There is then some input, interaction and prayer led by an invited speaker.
