Never been to United? Here’s a little of what to expect. 

ESSENTIAL INFORMATION

BIKES, SCOOTERS, SKATES & SKATEBOARDS

Due to heavy traffic, please do not use these before 07:00 on Sunday (United A) and Saturday (Week 2), or after 07:00 on Thursday (United A) and Wednesday (United B). Follow cycle routes look out for ‘No Cycling’ or ‘Pedestrian Only’ notices, give way to pedestrians and park considerately. Use lights at night. E-scooters are not allowed on site.

CARS

To help traffic flow, please move your car to the car park within two hours of arriving on site. The site is a car-free zone from 21:00 on Saturday – Wednesday (United A)/ Friday – Tuesday (United B).

WRISTBANDS

Please ensure that your wristband is clearly visible at all times while on site. You need it to gain access to the venues. Replacements are available from the Information Centre for £5 per person.

KIDS & YOUTH REGISTRATION

14:00-16:00 on Saturday (United A) / Friday (United B) in their venues.

INFORMATION CENTRE

Customer Services and Site Services are both situated in the Information Centre. Open 08:00-22:00 (Customer Services until 20:00) daily for delegate, team and site queries.
