Wholeness - Learning about the Gift of Healing

Why is it that what we pray for looks very different from what we see when it comes to the gift of healing?

If God loves me, why am I not healed?

What does it look like to persevere in our own personal healing?

What did Jesus model in bringing healing to people? How does this play out in our everyday lives?

How do I be a person of healing to my family and friends as well as in the workplace?

What does it feel like for those struggling and/or caring for those who never seem to get healed?

What does God say about our mental health?

Healing is one of the most powerful, but often confusing gifts God has given to His Church. Healing is ever changing and no matter what the Church has seen throughout the years, there is no secret formula. Yet healing is one of the gifts God has given to the Church. Learning more about what's happening in culture when it comes to mental health is important. We cannot serve, we cannot love and we cannot influence what we don’t learn about. What people are hurting with is vital to being a person that brings healing. Healing matters so much to God that He modelled it to us time & again through the Gospels.

This day we will talk about some of these topics as well as spend time encouraging, praying and speaking into the purpose of wholeness in our lives.

The event is held at All Saints Church, Inmans Row, Woodford, Woodford Green IG8 0NH
