One year - plus basic accommodation or allowance & a generous training budget

to start 30th June 2014 or ASAP after that date.

• to have funding for related training & development
The challenge:
1. Developing the use of the Community Centre through:
• Identify local opportunities to increase the use of the community centre
• Develop a business plan with the goal of sustainability and community transformation
• Engage with the local and church communities
• Work with other agencies
• Identify and prioritise needs for investment in our technology and building infrastructure
2. Managing the Centre involving:
• Build good customer relations
• Liaise with the Church and other groups / agencies
• Build and manage a strong support team of staff and volunteers

The Centre recently celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2013 and is looking forward to its next stage of development. We have a "new" purpose built multi-functional building which is paid for and which is open most of the week. We want to bless our community of around 6,000 people and to bring about transform based on the values of the Kingdom of God.
