Cafe Manager (Full time) - Aylesbury, Bucks | Broughton Community Action

Established 3 years ago, more+ café has become a popular centre for the local community to meet and a place to get great coffee and cakes. We are now at the point where we need to increase the level of paid staff to maintain this success and build for the future.

We are therefore looking to employ a full time café manager to build on what has already been achieved. The manager will be responsible for further developing the ministry of more+ in Aylesbury, bringing new ideas and initiatives to the café.

Suitable candidates should have relevant experience, ideally with a knowledge of catering, a passion for developing community and a desire to nurture the mainly volunteer team within the café.

As more+ is very much a Christian ministry, we would expect the successful applicant to have a mature faith and be an active member of a local church. This is in line with one of the charitable objects “To advance the Christian faith amongst the people of Broughton, Aylesbury and the
surrounding area” and is therefore a Genuine Occupational Requirement.

Please speak to or email Al Corbould ( tel 01296 423 729) or Mark Harper ( tel 07867 606 952) for more information or to discuss further.

You can apply for the role by sending a CV with a covering letter to the Manager more+ Cafe, 36 Parton Road
