HR Manager (Part-Time 3 Days) | St Paul's Hammersmith
The HR Manager will be a ‘hands on’, dynamic, experienced human resources professional who will scope and drive the people development strategy for our Church and Centre staff and volunteers. You will be passionate about supporting and developing our culture of Christian community living for the glory of God and the transformation of the city by the love and power of Jesus Christ.
You will be able to lead, coach and contribute to the smooth running of day to day operations and to the strategic development of the organisation, ensuring that we are able to grow and deliver against our strategic priorities and mission. You will be accountable for the implementation of HR strategic planning and support the day to day operational management and coordination of ministry, operations / facilities staff and volunteers, ensuring the smooth running of St Paul’s Hammersmith.
Your strong knowledge of HR legislation and policies and your keen eye for detail will help you to advise and support our strategy and plans. You will have proven line management and relationship building skills and experience and will be able to balance and work through competing priorities working effectively across functions and with a diversity of people. You will proactive HR support and direction to the wider team enabling a culture that reflects the our values and ethos.
You will develop and co-manage cross functionally a volunteer, sabbatical and work experience strategy and implementation plan.
