Worship Pastor | Re:Hope Next Generation Bible Church

This is an extremely rare opportunity for a highly gifted, full-time worship pastor in Scotland’s largest city. Re:Hope Church Glasgow, has out grown its small church building in the west end of Glasgow, and is actively looking to relocate into a much larger premise. The timing is perfect for someone with a vision for what an inspiring worship environment could be, to help design our next worship environment to help people better discover the wonder of God through worship with a next generation focus.

  • We are looking for a team player who will fully embrace the vision and values of the church. We are seeking someone whose presence will be a positive impact for staff and church and someone who is inter-personally mature and able to navigate conflict in healthy ways.
  • Experience as a worship pastor and a proven ability to build a worship culture which appeals to people in their 20s. A person who values excellence, preparedness, and a clear ear for the Spirit’s leading.
  • Apart from being musically competent, we are looking for a worship pastor with a clear anointing to lead people into the presence of God through Spirit-led musical worship. He or she needs to have a contagious passion for God - clearly seen in their worship leading – and in their daily life.
