Associate Vicar, Christ Church Clifton | Diocese of Bristol

We are a vibrant, growing, ‘Word and Spirit’ family of all ages and personalities, part of the ‘New Wine’ network; and believe that the church exists to change the world – one person, one city, one nation at a time.

We are seeking a Senior Ordained Colleague (male or female) to join our team to spearhead implementation of two key strategic goals:

  • To grow small communities that restore, inspire, equip, empower and release people to reproduce the character and life of Jesus in their families, workplaces and communities
  • To grow confident leaders – to serve the wider community as well as the church

You will do this through high-quality personal relationships (not from the other side of a computer screen) – developing strong relationships with our small communities and individuals; and will oversee the pastoral care of the church family as we take our vision and goals forward.

This role is all about people and the successful candidate will be a natural people person.
