Intern | Holy Trinity Church, Stalybridge, Cheshire.

Holy Trinity Stalybridge is a lively Anglican church placed right at the centre of the town next to the canal and Civic Hall. Our style is relaxed and informal with worship led each Sunday by a worship band and we are committed to New Wine values. We are seeking an intern aged 18-25 to serve in the youth, children, schools or worship ministry areas. You will be part of the New Wine Discipleship Year programme which involves a day a week of teaching and training with interns from other churches in the region, attendance at various conferences during the year and the possibility of a short term mission trip. You will have one day off per week and the rest of the time would be spent serving at church, assisting the Vicar and other members of the church staff team.

Accommodation / food provided and £40 per week spending money.

This is a fantastic opportunity for interns to deepen their faith and relationship with Jesus whilst developing their gifts to serve God.

Holy Trinity is a large, lively Anglican church with a great all-age character and good facilities. We are part of the Mottram Deanery, in the Chester Diocese. There are two part time salaried staff and we intend to appoint a full time Youth Pastor and a full time Children's Pastor from September 2018. We have a strong and very committed lay ministry. The church is in the centre of Stalybridge, which is a well established town on the edge of the pennines and the beautiful Peak District. Stalybridge has excellent road and rail links, being about ten miles from Manchester City Centre.
