About Us
We are delighted to be advertising for the first Registered Manager to join us our first 4 bedded Children's Home near Huntingdon offering a unique home for girls 8 - 18 yrs who experienced childhood trauma and are vulnerable to CSE.

Whilst the company is new the directors and owners have over two decades of experience in running children’s and young peoples services in both public and private settings for others. We are now creating our own service to deliver excellent care for traumatised children. We are looking for a unique individual to join us on this journey, register the first home and build the occupancy, team and culture and then to be involved in the development and growth of the company in the region.

About you
You will be a unique individual who has a minimum 3 years experience in Residential Children's Homes or services and in addition a minimum of two years as a Registered Manager with a least a 'good' in your past two inspections.

You will also have a passion for the healing and recovery of girls with these life experiences and be able to shape the vision during the initial registration with OFSTED alongside the Managing Director/Responsible Individual.

There are already strong relationships with local authorities. The Registration with OFSTED and the building of the team will be led by the Registered Manager with a unique opportunity to shape the vision and culture for girls who have experienced trauma and are vulnerable to CSE. It is hoped and planned that further two homes will be opened in the next five years.
