Do you have a vibrant faith in Jesus?
Want to spend a year learning more about Christian leadership and ministry and growing on your journey of discipleship?
Have a demonstrable passion for either worship or youth and children’s ministry?

We are looking for 2 interns to join our team from September 2019 until July 2020, bringing with them gifts, skills and passion, one in the area of children’s and youth ministry, and the other in the area of worship. We are partnering with the Younger Leadership College (YLC) at the Diocese of Nottingham and Southwell and part of the time will be spent with them meeting with other interns, in training and taking part in YLC/diocesan initiatives.
Working hours will be 40 a week based in the parish, with training and development opportunities with YLC as part of that time.
Accommodation and a weekly allowance are provided and agreed working expenses will be reimbursed.

More information including role descriptions for the 2 tracks can be found here:

Chilwell PCC
Christ Church Chilwell and St Barnabas, Inham Nook, are sister churches with Anglican Evangelical traditions. Together, yet with bold and independent visions and values, they serve the wider Chilwell communities – Christ Church as a larger resourcing church in the Diocese of Southwell and Nottingham, and St Barnabas as a smaller church reaching out to the estates of Inham Nook and Eskdale.
