Head of Ministry | Billy Graham Evangelistic Association

You’ll lead the Ministry Team, cultivating key relationships with existing and prospective Denominational heads and key Christian partners. You will have exceptional networking experience with a background of engaging with a diverse mix of Christians. As the Head of Ministry, you’ll ensure that front-line ministry staff are working in keeping with our cultural attributes, have the right mix of being both pastoral and data-driven skills and using your knowledge and experience, ensure it is always guided by the best available intelligence.

You will:
·Actively manage, lead and promote BGEA UK’s front line ministries
·Support, nurture and develop the team who are supervising these ministries;
·Be able to create, implement and maintain a strategy for ministry activities working closely with IHQ
·Foster, coach and lead an agile department with a robust biblical culture and development at the core;
·Ensure events, acquisitions and major donor relationships are maximised;

To flourish in this role, you’ll need:
·Strong experience in coaching, mentoring and developing staff
·Be a strong presenter with the ability to engage audiences large and small
·Proven experience in building relationships with national Church leaders
·Strong knowledge of scripture and the ability to teach to a diverse audience.
An understanding of high net worth individuals and an ability to relate to them;

This role will be both home and office based.
