Worship Pastor | Holy Trinity Claygate

Are you a leader and pastor who is passionate about worshipping God and enabling others? We are seeking to appoint a full-time Worship Pastor who is passionate about worshipping God and enabling others to deepen their connection with Him. This role is crucial in cultivating a culture of whole-life worship and in leading, pastoring, and growing our existing group of enthusiastic and gifted volunteers.

The successful applicant will demonstrate:
o A committed evangelical Christian faith, rooted in the authority and teaching of scripture, guided and equipped by the Holy Spirit
o Someone who seeks and enables others to encounter God’s transforming presence
o A leader of leaders - an ability to pastor and empower others
o A gift for leading worship to draw the congregation into the presence of God
o The ability to identify, lead, support and develop a large team of volunteer worship leaders, musicians and sound and vision technicians
o Good organizational skills with the ability to plan effectively to ensure that Sunday services and major church events are appropriately resourced
o Ability to work on their own initiative in consultation with the Vicar
o The ability to contribute as a team member, working closely and effectively with clergy, staff and volunteers
