Administrator (full time; we will consider a job share arrangement) | Holy Trinity Church, Richmond, Surrey
The role of Administrator in our Staff Team is an important and exciting one that is key in helping us bring our vision to life.
The main purpose of the role is to provide effective administrative support to our church and particularly our Vicar and other Staff Team members to enable them to focus on their main responsibilities, and to act as the main point of contact for members of the public and for people who hire and use our premises regularly or occasionally. We expect the Job Holder to embrace and live the vision and values of our church and to be committed to helping fulfil that vision.
We are looking for
• A committed Christian who is comfortable working in the context of an Anglican Church and who fully supports our vision and values
• Someone who has strong planning and organisational skills, copes well with pressure, is resilient, keeps to deadlines and pays attention to detail
• A self starter who is a team player and is prepared to operate flexibly
• Someone with good written and verbal communication skills.
