Our benefice of 6 churches is looking for a Rector able to inspire lay and ordained people to help us grow in fellowship in an expanding community, using your life experience to facilitate new collaborations; are you the person to join us as we enter the next stage of our journey?

Post Introduction
Wychert Vale Benefice is a network of churches serving a group of vibrant and growing Buckinghamshire villages between Thame and Aylesbury. We are looking for a Rector to help us identify opportunities for growth individually and collectively. The benefice has been running as a united Ministry Area, with the clergy serving across the benefice collaboratively with a strong lay support team.
Main Responsibilities
• To lead the benefice in supporting people in their faith journey’s and lives
• To help us celebrate a renewed energy in our village communities
• To enable our church family to increase and flourish with places of worship where people may come to faith in Christ.
• Provide challenging and thought-provoking teaching, relevant to today’s world.
