Job Title: Network Administrator
Reporting to: Network Development Lead
Salary: £30,000 (FTE)
Hours Part Time (25 Hours)
The role of the Network Administrator is to provide administrative, organisational and logistical support to the New Wine Regional Directors (RDs) and Heads of Ministry (HoMs) across the New Wine network.
Working closely with the RDs & HoMs, you will collaboratively and actively provide varied levels of support through engagement with the wider network, our events and resources, and the wider office and volunteer teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Support to Regional Directors & Heads of Ministries
•You will work closely with RDs & HoMs in supporting the delivery of the New Wine network strategy: ‘Training, Mentoring & Planting'.
•You will support the Head of Network, National Leadership Team and RDs as they further develop the scope and activity of the network.
•You will work closely with HoMs supporting the development of specific ministries across the New Wine network.
•You will work alongside the other Network Administrator to make sure you support those in the New Wine network cohesively.
Network office lead
•You will be the primary office contact for leaders in the network, working closely with staff in the Events and Marketing & Communications teams to support the delivery and publicity of events at regional and local levels.
•You will work closely with the other Network Administrator, EA, the National Leader, and the Director of Operations to organise twice-annual gatherings of RD’s and HoMs.
•You will deal with enquiries in the office relating to the Network and people looking for New Wine churches or ministry support.
•You will act as a database manager for the New Wine Network, ensuring that complete records are kept across the New Wine Network.

Role Particulars
Working Pattern: Part-time (25-hour per week) working hours include attendance of weekly in-person team meetings in London: monthly all-staff meetings on Tuesdays and weekly Network Team days on Thursdays. The nature of this role means that some travel and working away from home will be required, as agreed in advance. Specifically, the Network Administrator must be available for the annual leadership conference and some or all of the New Wine annual summer festival (on-site or remote support).
Places of work: This role is eligible for hybrid working. The Network Administrator can work from home but will be expected to travel regularly to the office and other venues for staff team meetings and gatherings and to certain key events throughout the year.
Supervision: The post holder will receive regular supervision from their line manager.
Role review: There is a three-month probationary period for this role. The post holder will then receive a quarterly rolling review of performance, the role, job description, terms and package.
