Holy Trinity Church Leicester (HTL Church) are looking for a full-time Youth Worker to work as part of a team to develop and grow the youth work at HTL Church. You will be line managed by the Head of Youth and Children and be an integral part of the Youth and Children’s team.
HTL Church is a large city church in the Diocese of Leicester with approximately 60 youth, 90 children, and 400 adult members, a third of whom are young adults. We are a vibrant and diverse family of all ages and nationalities carrying the mission of “Following Jesus, Making Disciples, Raising Disciples” through our many ministries, services, missional communities, and mid-week activities.
You will have a passion for working with under 18’s and seeing them develop to their fullness in Christ through teaching and mentoring. You will be part of growing teams, planning ministry and outreach, and connecting with local schools.
Above all we are looking for the person God is calling to us, and to partner with His work in developing you to inhabit your calling, gifting and ministry to a greater extent.
