Mission Area Youth Minister - serving the Avonside Mission Area

Employed by: St Mary Magdalene Church, Stoke Bishop, Bristol

Location: The Avonside Mission Area (ASMA), North West Bristol

We are looking for an enthusiastic Christian who can inspire young people to live for Jesus. The successful candidate will be collaborative, a confident communicator, a self-starter and have experience of working with 11-18's. The role will involve working with young people in church, school or community settings.

Salary and hours: FTE £30,000 p.a (based on 37.5hrs). Part time hours of 25 per week, which will involve flexible working, including evenings and weekends. At least one full day off per week with two full days off consecutively at least once a month. Holiday entitlement 25 days per year plus Bank Holidays (pro rata). Sundays are a working day, but regular morning activities will be avoided, enabling the Youth Minister to worship at a church of their choosing in the morning.
