We’re a committed, bible-based evangelical community empowered by the Holy Spirit. Our aim is to share the living hope of Jesus with the people of Southwell and beyond. We're looking for a visionary individual to:
- Plan Strategically: Discern and develop a compelling strategy to reach more people with the Gospel and build a thriving community of growing disciples.
- Inspire and teach: Preach inspiring sermons and Bible teaching that challenge and equip our congregation to grow in faith.
- Build a multigenerational church: Create a welcoming environment that attracts people of all ages, reflecting the community we serve.
- Empower our team: Nurture and develop our leadership team to grow and strengthen our core ministry.
- Encourage spiritual gifts: Discover and cultivate the unique gifts and callings of our congregation and to use these in mission and ministry.
- Connect with our community: Build strong relationships with the church and wider community.
