Who are we?

St. Peter’s is a Charismatic Evangelical Anglican Church in the heart of West Harrow and we long to impact our community with the love and hope of Jesus Christ. We are a multicultural, multigenerational church family blessed with amazing people and supported by a great staff team. We are part of OneChurch Harrow which is formed of local churches working together and has been designated as a London Diocese Resource Church. We are looking for a Head of Operations to lead and strengthen our administrative, financial, and operational functions, enabling effective ministry and mission.

What does the job involve?

Oversee day-to-day operations, HR, and finances Manage Operations staff, volunteers, and service providers

• Lead event coordination and building use
• Ensure compliance, safety, and maintenance
• Work closely with the Vicar and PCC to support church growth

We are looking for:

• A practicing Christian with strong leadership and organisational skills
• Experienced in operations, HR, or finance
• Excited by problem-solving, working with others, and contributing to a joyful team culture
