Christ Church W4 is a dynamic church in West London with a track record of seeing God accelerate young adults in ministry. We are looking for passionate young adults to play a key role in the life of the church while they grow, serve and minister.
As a Ministry Assistant, you will be a full member of the staff team at Christ Church W4 and experience first-hand the rhythms, joys, and challenges of full-time Christian ministry. Your time with us will be tailored to you as an individual. It will be a mixture of internal and external training, serving the wider church and community and growing as a minister and leader in your own right. So, while there will be some tasks on your timetable that are primarily about serving the missional needs of the church, other tasks will focus on your particular areas of interest. You will be supported, stretched, and challenged to try a whole range of ministerial tasks (whether that’s preaching, working on the website, song writing, leading a youth weekend away.)You will also be able to shadow those in roles you might want to grow into in the future.
