HTH is a vibrant and growing church in the HTB network, based in the heart of Hastings. This is our vision:

HTH is passionate about worship that is celebratory, prophetic, spontaneous, faith-building, intimate, uplifting, deep and full of joy. Over the past decade, we’ve built a strong and committed worship team of over 20 musicians and worship leaders. We are now looking for a Worship Lead to take our worship culture into its next season.
This is a significant leadership position within the HTH team and wider church community. We’re looking for someone who is:
- Spiritually rooted, with a deep desire for God’s presence and a mature love for Jesus.
- A proven leader who can nurture, develop, and spiritually pastor a growing team.
- A vision-setter, shaping the worship culture of the church and leading us in our life of worship.
- A vocally strong worship leader, with a voice that draws people into worship
- A great team player, who epitomises the values of HTH Church
