For over 20 years, Chislehurst Youth for Christ has been working to see God changing young people’s lives in the borough of Bromley. We are passionate about what we do and are now looking for a new Chief Executive Officer to lead the charity in 2026 and beyond.

Bromley is the largest borough geographically in London, with around 12% of its population aged 11-18. This presents an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to partner with churches across the borough to continue with our ambition to make a significant, life-changing impact on young lives.

The CEO provides spiritual, strategic, and organisational leadership across the charity’s youth work operations and our charity shop (‘2gether’). This pivotal role requires strong relational skills to build effective partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders.

If you share our vision, energy, and passion for seeing young people’s lives transformed, this is an excellent opportunity to lead and serve.

For more information about the role, the following documents are provided: CEO job description, letter to CEO applicants from the Chair of Chislehurst Youth for Christ, and a document outlining how to apply.

Deadline for applications: 5.00pm on Monday 24 November 2025

Chislehurst Youth for Christ

Bromley, England, United Kingdom

Chislehurst Youth for Christ is a small Christian charity that aims to make a big difference to the lives of young people in and around the London Borough of Bromley. In 2024 we celebrated our 20th anniversary and developed a new 5-year strategy to continue our work with young people in 2025 and beyond. We have a vision to broaden our reach within the London Borough of Bromley, working closely with other organisations with a heart for young people.

We’re about seeing young people’s lives changed by Jesus in a relevant and practical way. We do this through our work in the community, schools and churches, funded mainly through our ‘2gether’ charity shop in Chislehurst High Street. We are a registered charity (1122523) and a member of the national charity, Youth for Christ.
