Description of Job
We are looking to recruit an experienced Operations Manager who will work alongside the Operations Director and Operations Assistants to lead and shape the day-to-day operation of KXC. With the launch of King’s House (our new church facility) and reopening in-person services and events in the coming few months, the role will involve oversight of Sunday venues and equipment, other external venues, Church diary and calendar, larger church events (weekend away, Wildfires, Super Sunday), office management, safeguarding and risk assessments, Information Technology and the ChurchSuite database. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and facilitate the next chapter across different areas of church life.
