Overall purpose of the role
This is an exciting time to join our growing team at St Paul’s Hammersmith (SPH). Our church is growing and transitioning, and we are looking for an energetic and experienced Operations Manager that can join our team and hit the ground running. The Operations Manager will work closely with the Director of Operations to manage all the operations of St Paul’s Hammersmith Church and Centre, providing cost effective, efficient & dynamic day-to-day site management and resourcing whilst delivering on any necessary agreed project plans and outcomes.
This post carries a genuine occupational requirement that the holder be a practising Christian under Part 1 of Schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010.
Contract: Permanent and full-time working hours, 35 hrs per week
Location: On Location, St Paul`s Hammersmith
Salary range: £27,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
