Christ Church is looking for a full-time Worship Minister with additional responsibilities, whose primary focus (60%) will be to develop the music-based worship life and resources of the church for all-ages, and whose secondary role will be taking a lead in developing the church’s online ministry and its provision for young adults (18+ years).
The successful candidate will be working within a creative and lively 17-strong staff team and report directly to the vicar. As well as developed musical ability, you will have skills as a pastor, disciple, encourager, and mentor of others.

We have a large congregation with many families and young people, great technical facilities and a growing on-line ministry in a beautiful and strategic location just on the edge of London, served by its own tube/rail station and close to the M25.

Interview dates: Saturday, 29 January 2022 will be the principle date for interviews and assessments, but these may extend into Sunday, 30 January 2022. Please indicate in your covering email/letter if there are any constraints on your availability, which would make any part of this weekend difficult, as this will aid our timetabling.
