Description of Job
This is a full-time position on the staff team of Holy Trinity. Whilst being a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow, this is a significant step up from an internship. Our vision for the worship team is that we would be more than just musicians, singers and technicians, but people who foster a hunger to see God break into our lives and the lives of those around us. Helping to pastor and lead the team towards this is a key responsibility to the role. Therefore, we are seeking someone with both the competence and experience in leading congregations in worship, but also with spiritual maturity and a deep commitment to Christ, and a pastoral heart to share God’s goodness with others.
