Description of Job
Your main responsibility will be to manage all our internal and external communications including the social media, Vineyard Community and Foodbank websites, regular newsletters providing informative and motivational content promoting the charity (and the gospel message) and growing and developing our family of donors and supporters.

You’ll join a fantastic, supportive, and developmental team and taking your place in supporting people and helping them to change the course of their lives for the better, every moment of every day. We are an organisation very much open to ideas. We are looking for someone with:

• A passionate commitment to the values and ethos of the Vineyard which provides help in crisis and hope for life.
• It is an occupational requirement that the appointed person is a professing and practicing Christian so that she/he helps develop and maintain our ethos, mission and ministry.
• Experience of Social Media management – Websites, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter.
• Experience of using CRM systems for contact management and communications
• Excellent Written English – with a positive, persuasive and compassionate style
• Highly Competent IT Skills – a high level of ability on the software programmes, online platforms, office management programmes, as necessary for effective Communications work
• Energetic, warm friendly, and outgoing
