The Parish of St Luke’s, Cranham Park was created in the 1950s and currently has two worship centres and three congregations; St Luke’s, Moor Lane and Kingdom Overflow, our Youth Church. All three are informal, ‘open’, evangelical communities where everyone is encouraged to play their part.
As a church community, we long to welcome, work with and support the person God has already chosen to be our next Vicar.
We seek someone with:
- prophetic vision, wisdom and insight to discern the new things God is calling us to
- spiritual maturity and experience as a leader with a deep personal and vibrant walk with Jesus
- a strong and faithful Bible teaching ministry
- experience in leading ministry in the power of the Holy Spirit
- a natural Pastor’s heart for all of our congregations, ministries and the community within the parish
- the ability to inspire and disciple others, raise up teams and equip and empower new leaders
- a passion to encourage and release people into their calling
- a commitment to building a thriving community of followers of Jesus
