John and Carol Arnott, Paul Harcourt and Pastor Agu Irukwu will be our main speakers for the event and the programme also includes a range of seminars.

Key information

Times

Doors will open at 1pm on Tuesday 3 March and the first session begins in the main auditorium at 2pm.

The conference will finish at 3.45pm on Thursday 5 March. Please use Entrance 1 (main entrance) on arrival.

Event Tickets 

Your event tickets will be sent to you in advance of the event. Please ensure that you print these at home or bring them on a mobile device. If you have not received your e-tickets a week before the conference, please email or phone the office.

Cloakroom

There will be a cloakroom available to leave luggage and coats. Please do not bring large bags into the auditorium.

Toilets

Toilets are available throughout the venue, on every floor of the building.

Bookshop

Books and CDs will be available to buy from St Andrew’s Bookshop in the foyer throughout the conference.

Exhibitors

There will be a range of charities and organisations to visit in the Exhibition Hall. Please do use the break times to see what’s on offer. The opening times are:

Tue 1.00pm-7.30pm

Wed 8.30am-7.30pm

Thu 8.30am-2.15pm

Food and Drink

Teas and coffees will be available during the break times. Water coolers will be available around the venue – please bring a reusable water bottle for these. Please note that only water may be taken into the auditorium. There are many restaurants and cafés within walking distance of the centre. The venue also offers catering facilities in the Exhibition Hall (meals are not included in the conference fee).

Getting there

150 spaces are available at the Harrogate Convention Centre car park, which is open to the public. There are several other options in town; see council website for details. 

Rail

Train services to Harrogate run regularly via York and Leeds, including connections to London King’s Cross. Information is available via National Rail Enquiries. The centre is a 10-15-minute walk from the train station.

From 16 December 2019, London North Eastern Railway have introduced a new, direct service from London to Harrogate and delegates can receive 25% off their rail fare when using this service. To redeem this offer, please visit https://www.lner.co.uk/hcc25

The discount for 25% off travel to Harrogate can only be achieved when booking train fare through the above link.  The following restrictions apply:

•              Maximum of 9 adult passengers per booking. No further discounts apply.

•              Once you’ve booked your ticket, you must show your event ticket/registration, along with your LNER ticket when on board for your discount to be valid.

•              When selecting your tickets, the promotional fare will be highlighted with an asterisk. If these fares do not appear, please change your search criteria.

Accessibility

Lifts and ramps allow access to the auditorium. The auditorium is fitted with an induction loop for hearing-aid users. Please email info@new-wine.org if you require a wheelchair space or a seat to be reserved for you, or for any other accessibility enquiries.
