Kate's a founding director of Next Leadership, has 35 years' experience across church, charity, and business. The UK’s first black woman Baptist minister, she’s a respected coach, speaker, and advisor. Internationally recognised, she mentors diverse leaders and was named a top 25 Racial Justice Champion in 2021.

He’s served as a chaplain, teaching pastor, dean of studies, speaker, and writer. He and his wife Tiffany have two grown sons. Now in his grey-haired years, he seeks to equip the next generation to renew the church and spark revival.
